Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a muffin pan with 10 non-stick paper liners.
Blend 1 1/2 cups oats in the blender until it forms a flour. See notes section if you don't have a blender.
Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until just combined.
Scoop 1/4 cup muffin batter into a muffin pan lined with 10 paper liners.
Bake in the oven for 12-13 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle of a muffin (baking time may vary depending on your oven). Transfer muffins to a cooling rack after 5 minutes to finish cooling.
Notes
If you don't have a blender: You can use regular flour instead of oats. Then, use a large mixing bowl and mash the banana.
